How the numbers are computed
ICM $ is standard Malmuth-Harville: every ordering of finishes is weighted by each stack's chance to finish next, then payouts are multiplied through.
Bounty KO EV approximates the cash half of each victim's bounty you're expected to collect, weighted by your relative stack against the field minus that victim. Own bounty is the retained value of the bounty on your head — roughly your probability of winning the tournament.
