1. What MYPKRPRO is

MYPKRPRO is a poker study and post-session review tool. It gives you solver-seeded preflop ranges to drill between sessions (Preflop Pro) and grades hand histories you upload after your session (Session Grader). It is not a real-time advisor, an HUD, or a bot.

2. No live-play assistance

Real-time in-hand assistance is banned by GG, PokerStars, and every major operator. You agree not to consult MYPKRPRO — or any of its output, screenshots, or exported ranges — during a live hand. Use it between sessions and after sessions only. Accounts found using MYPKRPRO during live play will be terminated without refund and, where applicable, reported to the operator on request.

3. Beta access

• Beta is invite-only. Invites are non-transferable and revocable.
• Uptime, response times, and features are not guaranteed during beta.
• Beta members who maintain a continuous subscription from the beta period through launch lock the founder rate for the life of that subscription.
• The free PKO Push/Fold Pack is yours to keep whether or not you subscribe at launch.

4. Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for the security of your login and for any activity under your account. Share your account credentials with anyone and we will terminate it.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to MYPKRPRO or its output.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-export ranges, charts, or grader results.
• Do not reverse-engineer the solver logic tree or attempt to extract the underlying node data.
• Uploaded hand histories must be your own hands from accounts you control.
• Do not use MYPKRPRO to build a competing training product.

6. Your content

You own your hand histories. By uploading them, you grant MYPKRPRO a limited licence to parse, grade, and return results to you. That licence expires when the file is deleted — within 24 hours of upload. We do not use your hands to train models or seed ranges. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Payment (post-launch)

Post-launch subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. Beta is free.

8. No guarantee of results

Poker is a game of skill and variance. MYPKRPRO improves the quality of your decisions; it does not guarantee winnings, ROI, or tournament results. Nothing on this site is financial or gambling advice.

9. Disclaimer & liability

MYPKRPRO is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYPKRPRO's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, including live-play use or account sharing.

11. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and email active members before the change takes effect.
