The short version

• We collect the minimum needed to run a beta waitlist and grade the hand histories you upload.
• Uploaded hand histories are parsed, graded, and deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
• We never sell your data, and we never train models on your uploaded hands.
• You can request deletion of your email and account data at any time.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the beta waitlist or request the free PKO Push/Fold Pack.
• Hand-history files — the .txt exports you upload to Session Grader.
• Session cookies — used only to keep you signed in during the closed beta.
• Basic request logs — IP address, user agent, and timestamps, kept for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and debugging.

Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default and only run if you turn them on in the cookie banner. See the Cookies section below for the full list.

How we use hand histories

Uploaded hand histories exist on our servers only long enough to be parsed and graded — always under 24 hours, typically minutes. Grader results are returned to you and stored against your account so you can revisit them. The underlying source files are deleted.

We do not share hand histories with third parties. We do not use them to train, fine-tune, or seed any model, our own or anyone else's. Solver ranges shipped inside MYPKRPRO are built from our own solver runs, not from user uploads.

How we use email

We email you your beta invite, the free PKO Push/Fold Pack, and — after launch — occasional product updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe honoured within one hour. You can also email us to unsubscribe or delete your account entirely.

Third parties and sub-processors

• Lovable — application hosting, database, authentication, and transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare — edge network and DDoS protection for mypkrpro.com.

Analytics and advertising vendors, if any are loaded in the future, will only be loaded after you opt in via the cookie banner, and they will be listed by name in the Cookies section below before they start firing.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data associated with your email, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Requests are handled within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, this covers your rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR (access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection).

Cookies and similar storage

The first time you visit MYPKRPRO you'll see a cookie banner. It groups everything into three categories, and stores your choice on your device under the key mypkrpro-cookie-consent. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Strictly necessary — always on

Required for MYPKRPRO to work. These cannot be turned off because the site does not function without them.

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in during the beta.
• Consent record — the mypkrpro-cookie-consent entry in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask again on every page.
• CSRF / security tokens — protect form submissions from cross-site attacks.

Analytics — off by default, opt-in

Anonymous, aggregate product usage — which pages load, which tools get opened, which errors happen most often. Only loaded if you enable the Analytics toggle. No cross-site tracking, no ad-network integrations, no session replay.

Vendors currently loaded when enabled: none yet. If we add one (e.g. a privacy-respecting product analytics tool), we will name it here and email beta members before it goes live.

Advertising — off by default, opt-in

Measurement pixels from ad platforms so we can tell which campaigns bring PKO regulars to the beta. Only loaded if you enable the Advertising toggle. MYPKRPRO does not display third-party ads inside the app, and we do not sell audiences to advertisers.

Vendors currently loaded when enabled: none yet. If we add measurement pixels (for example X or Reddit conversion pixels), we will name them here first.

Withdrawing consent

Open Cookie preferences from the footer, flip the toggles you want off, and save. Any non-essential scripts stop firing immediately, and any cookies they set can be cleared from your browser settings. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect access to any feature of MYPKRPRO.

Children

MYPKRPRO is a poker study tool and is not intended for anyone under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (18 in most, 21 in some). Do not use MYPKRPRO if you are under that age.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material — new sub-processor, changed retention window, changed data use — we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and email beta members before the change takes effect.
